Fitness Classes/Creche

fitness The following table shows the regular sessions we run these are designed to help promote fitness, relaxation and to make new friends.

All the classes can be booked up to a week in advance, payment will be required on booking.

Class Descriptions:

Hips, Bums and Tums- Low impact Aerobics with a little extra for those hard to reach places.

Body Conditioning- An all over workout, which utilises aerobics with light resistance training.

Hi/Lo Aerobics- Combines hi and lo impact moves with a great soundtrack and some nifty choreography.

Circuits- A multi-station all over workout utilising aerobic and strengthening exercises.

All classes accommodate all levels of ability.

Creche

A crèche facility is available for children of 0-8 years old on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 09.30 and 11.00, it is a great place to leave your child(ren) whilst you take part in a fitness class, play badminton, use the gym or the track.

Whilst you are enjoying the facilities your child(ren) can enjoy themselves with a vast variety of toys for all ages in the friendly environment provided by our fully qualified staff.

All that is required is for your child to have had its first inoculations and that you book and pay for the session one week in advance.
